汇丰，任命集团首席风险与合规总监

汇丰控股(00005.HK)宣布，任命Richard Blackburn为集团首席风险与合规总监兼集团营运委员会成员，实时生效。

Blackburn称，很荣幸能够在这一关键时刻领导集团的风险和合规团队，将支持行政总裁艾桥智(Georges Elhedery)、董事会以及集团营运委员会，为客户提供服务，执行集团策略，并确保业务安全发展。

汇丰去年11月中下旬任命Blackburn为临时集团首席风险及合规总监，自今年1月起生效。

Blackburn在汇丰工作超过20年，曾担任集团内多个高阶领导职务，包括全球银行市场、商业银行、MENAT 和欧洲首席风险官，而他之前担任交易和财政风险管理及全球分析全球主管。

Richard was appointed Interim Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer in January 2025.

Richard has 35 years’ experience in the financial services sector and has been with HSBC for over 20 years, most recently as Global Head of Traded and Treasury Risk Management and Global Head of Risk Analytics. Prior to this, he held a number of senior roles including Regional Chief Risk Officer for Europe and MENAT, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Global Banking & Markets, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Global Commercial Banking, Chief Financial Officer for Global Markets and Head of Global Markets, Asset & Liability Management.

Outside of HSBC, Richard served as International Treasurer at GE Capital and as Group Treasurer at Henderson Asset Management.

Richard is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and holds a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering and a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Loughborough University. He is a member of the Financial Markets Standards Advisory Board and a former Member of Association of Financial Markets in Europe Prudential Regulation Board.
