滙豐，任命集團首席風險與合規總監

滙豐控股(00005.HK)宣布，任命Richard Blackburn為集團首席風險與合規總監兼集團營運委員會成員，實時生效。

Blackburn稱，很榮幸能夠在這一關鍵時刻領導集團的風險和合規團隊，將支持行政總裁艾橋智(Georges Elhedery)、董事會以及集團營運委員會，為客戶提供服務，執行集團策略，並確保業務安全發展。

滙豐去年11月中下旬任命Blackburn為臨時集團首席風險及合規總監，自今年1月起生效。

Blackburn在滙豐工作超過20年，曾擔任集團內多個高階領導職務，包括全球銀行市場、商業銀行、MENAT 和歐洲首席風險官，而他之前擔任交易和財政風險管理及全球分析全球主管。

Richard was appointed Interim Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer in January 2025.

Richard has 35 years』 experience in the financial services sector and has been with HSBC for over 20 years, most recently as Global Head of Traded and Treasury Risk Management and Global Head of Risk Analytics. Prior to this, he held a number of senior roles including Regional Chief Risk Officer for Europe and MENAT, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Global Banking & Markets, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Global Commercial Banking, Chief Financial Officer for Global Markets and Head of Global Markets, Asset & Liability Management.

Outside of HSBC, Richard served as International Treasurer at GE Capital and as Group Treasurer at Henderson Asset Management.

Richard is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and holds a Master』s degree in Materials Engineering and a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Loughborough University. He is a member of the Financial Markets Standards Advisory Board and a former Member of Association of Financial Markets in Europe Prudential Regulation Board.
